Support Packages |

We are offering three different types of Support Packages for your web site:
Standard website maintenance packages are:
Level 3: £450 per month
Level 2: £180 per month
Level 1: £90 per month
Each Support Package covers your monthly maintenance, including alterations, data entry changes and general management of the content of the your web site. The support service does not include additional features, development work, application maintenance or hosting related issues.
The minimum length of our support packages is 3 months. If our work has gone over the limit of the agreed packages, we will charge an additional hour of £ 45.00.

Level 1 Support Package - £90 per month
This package is ideal for start-up or small businesses enabling you to keep on top of your web site on a low cost basis:
What you get:
- 120 minutes support time each month
Level 2 Support Package - £180 per month
This package is designed for web sites, which need regular maintenance, updates and requires a regular check that the “engine” is working 100%.
What you get:
- 240 minutes support time each month
Level 3 Support Package - £450 per month
This package is perfect for all business oriented, top range commercial web sites:

- 720 minutes support time each month
